Squash & Zucchini!

It is squash and zucchini season in Redlands. At least it is in Loma Linda (Nadalet Sr. House). My Redlands plants aren't blossoming quite yet!

Here is just one thing that I made:


Mmmm Stuffed not-sure-what-kind-it-is Squash! There is a mixure of ground beef and bread crumbs (cut up hamburger bun) and zucchini inside. Matt gave it a thumbs up, probably because I added Cajon Seasoning and told him about it! haha
